Welcome to another issue of the Dialogic Learning Weekly. I am excited to share with you the most significant news my business has ever had.
Dialogic Learning is growing! I have hired my first employee - Chad Ferris.

Chad joins me from Sydney Catholic Schools where for a long time he was a teacher and school leader. More recently, he has been supporting hundreds of schools in his role as Leader: Professional Growth & Culture.
I have known Chad for many years, and his former school was one of the first I worked alongside in Australia.
Together we will extend the three core aspects of our work: coaching, school partnerships and educational architecture. It is a big step for my family and the business, but I am very excited to see the value that Chad will bring to Dialogic Learning.
Dialogic Coaching
We offer 6 and 12-month coaching partnerships.
Sessions implement the principles of high-quality dialogue and also explore the use of creative problem-solving processes such as design thinking.
Together we create the best possible conditions for dialogue. We use dialogue to explore your professional and personal challenges.
Just hit reply to this email and drop me a note if you want to find out more.
School Partnerships
We advocate for partnerships, not projects. Our work with schools often extends over many years; this allows us to share a much deeper understanding.
With shared understanding comes closer alignment to the ambitious change we want for our schools.
If you are ready to move away from one-hit wonders and want to find out more about establishing a professional learning partnership, please get in touch.
Educational Architecture
When we are working on learning environment developments, we ‘put learning first’. We advocate for offering a coherent voice throughout every stage of a school’s architectural process.
Some of our key services include:
WORKSHOP FACILITATION - Dialogic Learning are experts in the design, facilitation and analysis of stakeholder workshops.
EDUCATION BRIEF DEVELOPMENT - Bringing it all together. An education brief development service creating contemporary architectural brief documentation.
DESIGN TEAM SUPPORT - We can work alongside your design team to support the educational and design goals of your projects.
Find out more about the full range of consultant services we offer.
Dialogic Learning
I am sure you will join me in welcoming Chad to Dialogic Learning - he starts on Monday, so hopefully, he will be up for writing a paragraph for next week’s issue.
Thanks for sharing in our BIG news and I hope you enjoyed learning about the three key services Dialogic Learning offers.
